Realtor.com just named  September 29 - October 5 the best week to buy a home in 2024.

    Here’s why:

    •  Lower Mortgage Rates: Rates just hit their lowest since February 2023, which could mean real savings.
    •  Peak Inventory Levels: There’s been a significant increase in active inventory – see the chart below.  And -- the first week of October is expected to offer the most choices all year.
    •  Less Competition: Buyer demand usually drops nearly 30% in the fall, which can give you more negotiating power. That means more savings.

Raised on a dairy farm, but grew up playing golf at the country club. That one sentence explains why I can stage a luxury home in a way that appeals to buyers AND understand the value of hard work and straightforward communication. I bridge worlds - and in Bowling Green, that matters. I didn't stumble into real estate. I sold lemonade at my broker father's auctions as a kid, clerked rural property and cattle auctions as a young adult, spent decades as an appraiser here in Bowling Green, and transitioned to full-time sales because I genuinely love helping people make confident decisions about their biggest investment.
