It's important that you always know what's around the corner when you're trying to buy a home. So here's what you can expect from start to finish when you work with Leigh Ann.
First, tell us what you want in your new place
We'll start by having an initial consultation, either in person or over the phone. This is your opportunity to tell us exactly what you're looking for, and give us more context around your unique situation, so that we can help you find the right home.
Let's get you pre-approved
Next comes the most important step: Getting pre-qualified. If you haven't been pre-qualified already, we'll get you connected with a trusted mortgage broker who knows the process inside and out.
Tour homes, on your schedule
Then, we'll start sending you properties that fit your criteria. Once you see one that you love, we'll set up a tour ASAP to show you every aspect of the property and see if you want to put in an offer.
Craft a compelling offer
When you think you found the one, we'll be relentless in gathering the data to help you create a compelling offer. Think of us as your market "insiders". Our network gives our clients a strong advantage when it comes to submitting an offer that makes it easy for the seller to say yes.
Negotiate on your behalf
When it comes to securing your home, we are your fiercest advocates. We will make sure that you walk away with the best possible deal.
